This is one of the 200 or so 02+ prototypes made by OQO before their bankruptcy in 2009. They produced two runs of Engineering Validation Testing (EVT) units and then one run of Design Validation Testing (DVT) units. Based on some reading from OQOTalk surrounding the BIOS firmware, it would appear this unit is one of the DVT models or possibly late EVT2.
This is the 1.33ghz Atom Z520/1GB module without the OLED display. Very few of the 1.86ghz/OLED prototypes were ever made.
